Keeping an eye on progress
At Imperial, we continue to make improvements to our operations to minimise the time you spend in our terminals. ExxonMobil has completed a pilot project at three Chicago terminals, installing real-time video cameras to provide customers with the ability to monitor wait times via an online platform. This service allowed customers to access a view of current terminal conditions before dispatching trucks, saving valuable time.

By the end of 2018, Imperial will install real-time camera feeds at the Edmonton and Ottawa terminals. To make it even more convenient, we are integrating this technology within our easily accessible Customer Terminal Interface.
